Questions about limits and billing

Are notes or ordinary dictation limited?
No. Raw notes and captures are unlimited by count, and paid plans include normal-use voice Capture. Storage, automation, and unusually expensive AI work still use fair-use and private cost safeguards.
What is included with Team?
Team includes three users. Additional users are $15 each month, or $12 each month on annual billing. Team usage and storage are pooled in the workspace.
Do meetings include transcription and summaries?
Paid plans include meeting transcription and summaries when your device, recording consent, configured provider, available quota, language, and plan support them.
Do you store raw audio?
Raw audio is off by default. Transcript and summary storage are the normal Meeting Mode behavior, and retained recordings follow workspace settings.
How will plan changes work after checkout is configured?
Online checkout is not available from the public pricing page yet. When it opens, members will manage supported plan changes from their account billing area.
Is JotWeave private?
JotWeave is private and permission-scoped, but it is not end-to-end encrypted because its server and selected AI features must read content to organize it.
