By using JotWeave you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Questions can be sent through the feedback form.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and the content you add. Do not use JotWeave for anything unlawful, or to store content you do not have the right to store.

Connected services

If you connect Google or Slack, you authorize JotWeave to perform the specific actions you initiate, such as creating a calendar event, sending an email, or posting a message. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.

AI features

JotWeave uses configured AI services for supported organization, transcription, summary, and search workflows. AI output can be inaccurate, so review it before relying on it. Supported integration workflows expose their own review or approval boundary; availability and exact behavior depend on the configured integration.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JotWeave is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
